In Leadership Ecology Immersions, you step into nature, enter the field, and work with horses in the Mirror Field to rediscover embodied leadership, develop open-hearted courage, and grow your leadership beyond performance toward a more relational and human way of leading.

Leadership becomes embodied practice
In this stage, you join a Leadership Circle where you meet regularly with other leaders to reflect, practice, and navigate real leadership challenges together.
Over time, you develop greater clarity, courage, and relational leadership, making leadership a lived practice in your everyday work.

You are invited to explore a new paradigm of leadership grounded in presence, responsibility, and real relationships. In this invitation-based, year-long circle, you meet with other leaders online and on the land at Träfallet to practice leadership in real situations — alongside horses, nature, and each other.

Where Should I Start?
If you are new to Leadership Ecology, the simplest place to begin is with an Immersion on the land. It offers space to step out of daily pressure and experience leadership differently in relationship with nature, horses, and other leaders.
If you are looking for ongoing support and practice, a Leadership Circle allows you to continue developing your leadership over time in a small, trusted community.
